This stylish garden on a sloping site has been designed for a modern house. The emphasis has been placed on the client’s passions for entertaining and vegetable cultivation. The patio has been built using travertine pavers and the surrounding walls are rendered white to create a seamless link with the house and provide strong contrast to exuberant planting. The cultivation area incorporates bespoke oak raised vegetable planters and a Western Red Cedar greenhouse.
Contemporary lines and materials have been used to provide a strong contrast with planting in a traditional style. A Limestone patio with inlay detail and white painted rendered retaining wall provide an excellent foil for a colourful planting scheme.
Our contemporary gardens are inspired by clean lines, geometric clarity and are thoughtfully planted to create harmonious spaces.
A coastal theme developed using oak columns, pebbles, hardy grasses, Sea Buckthorn and Pine.
Formal wildlife pond garden. This garden has been designed using clean symmetrical lines and complementary traditional building materials.
We created a chic space for a modern single storey house in Glasgow's West End. Plants have been raised in a series of corten steel planters punctuating a clean area of ceramic paving. The garden abounds with hardy plants that provide a variety of textures - from luxurious deep greens and feathery ferns to sharp, spiky exotics. This provides a strikingly lovely back-drop that is also low maintenance and perfect for a busy family.
Located on Scotland's sunny South West coast, this large garden is well able to showcase a variety of exotic planting alongside natives. The hard landscaping incorporates a spacious seating area, wide stone steps sweeping from the terrace and raised beds filled with colourful evergreens.
